What attracts you to someone else? It could be lots of thing or it could be just one thing. For me it took me awhile to understand these laws. Here is a funny story about me. When I was in high school I was not the most.....attractive girl in the class by high school standards, I was the semi-cute,awkward,some what smart band geek. I excelled in music so I had lots of friends on the football and basketball teams. We were all friends. JUST friends. I had a crush on one of the guys on the basketball team and no I never told him. He was nice to me and always spoke. On this one day I was walking down the hall. I saw him and he saw me. All of a sudden he winked at me and smiled. At that moment everything around me just go fuzzy, I forgot were I was and what I was doing and I bumped right into a locker!!! ouch!!! Go ahead and laugh it is funny now. At that time I could not figure out what the hell happened. NOW I understand what it was. It was the laws of attraction. That basketball player had just a few of the qualities that attract me to men. With all of that being said the things that attract me to men. Nice smiles, nice teeth, fair to dark skin, well spoken, thick eye brows and lashes, bowed legs( Lord help me!), tall as or taller than me and if he smells good that's a wrap for me. After all of that at first sight we have all of the other traits God fearing, hard working, educated in his field, caring, soft spoken, understanding, soft hearted and loves his mother and kids if he has any. Now here are the questions. If you have a husband or a wife , a boyfriend or a girlfriend r even if you have both. What attracted you to that person? If you do not have either one what attracts you to the opposite sex? I would love to hear you views out there.

Have you ever been in a situation when words are just not enough? It could have been when you are trying to say "I'm sorry" or "I love you" or even " It wasn't me". For me it is one of the most frustrating things to go through. I said what I wanted to say but who I am talking to just......doesn't get it or understand it. So you ask yourself "What do I do?, How do I fix it" Well there are many possibilities but you never know which one to take. I can tell you for me I just have a hard time letting it go because I just want someone to understand what I am saying. In the end I have to think and remember who I am talking. Its strange that I am talking about this subject.I was just talking to my sister about the VMA awards I think we all know what happened to Taylor Swift and Kayne West. Yes he apologised and I am sure that he meant it BUT the words are just not enough. The crazy thing is is that I don't know what I want him to do or say. I just wish that it never happened for her sake. There was no excuse for what he did. That is just MY opinion. So as I get down off my soap box I would like to hear from anyone else about the words that just might not be enough.

Making changes can be a very hard thing to do. Depending on what’s going on in your life at the time can determine whether you succeed in your journey to change or not. Making changes can mean different thing to different people. Most people think that the only changes that people can see are the good ones. If you are looking for people to see the change in you then you might be making your change for the wrong reason. For me the most recent change for me has been in my weight. I have lost quite a bit of weight but it was not for people to see it was more for health reasons. There was nothing wrong YET but it was a matter of time before some kind of health problem would have come from being overweight. There is no quick fix for weight problems you just have to be sure that losing weight is what you want to do and that the reasons that you want to lose weight is for a reason besides fitting in a certain out fit for an occasion. What I am still learning everyday is that what I am doing is a lifestyle for me and the things that I am doing is not something that I can stop doing. I still have to be conscious of everything that I put in my mouth. Don’t get me wrong it is a challenge everyday. People are always offering me my favorite foods everyday it is getting easier to say “no thank you” now then it was a few months ago. I have a lot of changes that I would like to make in my life. This is the first one that I have decided to tackle. I would love to hear some of the other changes that you would like to make.

What are some of the changes that you would like to make if you have any at all?

What are you doing to make those changes?

You never know, what you say may help someone in their journey to make changes!
